The Role & Company We are working on a search for a Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of a global learning strategy. This role will play a key part in shaping how employees grow, lead, and thrive, ensuring that learning and development initiatives are aligned with business priorities and future capability needs. You will be responsible for auditing current programmes, identifying gaps, and creating a roadmap that supports leadership development, talent growth, and employee engagement across the globe.

Audit current initiatives, consult with senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement. Design and deliver scalable learning solutions that balance strategic impact with practical application. Build frameworks, toolkits, and programmes to support employees at all stages of their careers. Partner with HR Directors, business leaders, and global colleagues to ensure alignment and adoption.
