Job SummaryThe Director of Mobility Operations is responsible for leading the development, planning and implementation of a full range of mobility services. These duties include, but are not limited to coordination, organization, supervision, and maintenance of the mobility programs, to include the staff who work in the mobility and applications sections of the association, along with member boards and association volunteers when needed.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee Mobility and Applications programs to include the Credentials Bank, PsychologyLicensure Universal System (PLUS), E. Passport, Interjurisdictional Practice Certificate (IPC), Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology (CPQ), the Closed RecordVerification Service (CRVS) and Examination Score Transfer programs.Provide direct supervision to Directors of Application Services and others as needed.Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for direct supervisees.Develop and produce agendas and resource materials for Committee/Task Force meetings as assigned in corporation with committee/task force chairs.Oversee any jurisdictional and psychologist users from the PSY|PRO Software portal as well as assist with log in issues.Provide outcome data and metrics to analyze success of mobility software programs and overall impact.Generate regular program status reports through data scrubbing to include monthly accounting reports and annual audit reports or as requested on the following programs: the Credentials Bank, PLUS, E. Passport, IPC, CPQ, CRVS and the Examination Score Transfer programs.Serve as a reviewer on all E. Passport and/or IPC applications.Conduct audits on % of completed CPQ, E. Passport and IPC applications as deemed necessary.Conduct audits on all completed PLUS applications.Review and approve disbursement requests in compliance with the ASPPB Policies and Procedures Manual.Oversee and handle inquiries made through “Contact Us” forms regarding the Mobility and Application areas received from the ASPPB website and disburse as needed.Coordinate effective staff assistance to committees and task forces related to mobility operations.Prepare and present presentations on Mobility and Application programs, as needed.Participate with and assist committees, task forces and workgroups as needed.Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.Supervise the staffing of the ASPPB Mobility and Certification Appeals Committees.Assume other responsibilities as assigned.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.Knowledge of professional licensure or credentialing regulation preferred.Previous administrative and/or customer service experience required.Prior managerial experience preferred.Effective written and oral communication skills.Ability to oversee and collaborate with staff.Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in real-time and provide quality customer service with overall attention to detail and deadlines.Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).ADA Requirements/CompliancePhysical Demands: Level 2: Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods.
