As a National Sales Director , youll be responsible for:

• Lead and inspire a national external sales team to deliver exceptional sales growth and gross margin performance across the branch network.

• Shape and execute the national sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning with wider business goals.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving service excellence and unlocking market potential.

• Champion the use of Salesforce and data-driven insights to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative team environment.

• Proven experience in leading large, high-performing external sales teams in multi-branch, multi-channel environments.

• Power cable & accessories market experience is essential.

• Commercially astute with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, gross margin, and market dynamics.

• Skilled in CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
