Our client delivers FM & Workplace services to global brands and is widely recognised as an industry leading, innovative and people first business.As part of an investment in an established account we are looking to engage with senior level talent to help drive performance, standards and delivery across multiple sites UK wide.Key accountabilities as belowStrategic leadership, this includes long-term planning for projects, maintenance, and workplace servicesProvide operational oversight of day to day services, including maintenance, IFM and workplace management.Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently metFoster an environment of continuous improvement and best in class delivery across all service teamsNegotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
