This is a rare opportunity to bring clarity, structure and systems thinking to a fast-growing, values-led music organisation making real social impact. You'll be the operational backbone of AudioActive, helping our creative teams to focus on transforming young lives through music.

Part-time: 22.5hrs per week

Hybrid role working across Brighton, Worthing & Crawley

£26,400 - £27,600 (£44k-£46k FTE)
