As this will be significant and excellent relationship management skills are a must!!Key AccountabilitiesProven experience in a senior operational management role managing multi service lines, multiple sites and people.Collaboration with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plansSet strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivityDevelop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress and obstacles for our key initiativesAnalyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvementBuild and maintain relationships with all department leads, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goalsCommercial experience of managing significant budgets with the ability to demonstrate and implement initiatives to measure and improve financial targets.High degree of involvement in supporting business development activity including quotes / tender submissions and client presentations.Skills & Experiences5+ years senior leadership role in an appropriate fieldSuperior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, operations and people managementProven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivityStrong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelinesIf your a leader within the security sector, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
