As we move into a new phase of growth, developing a 3-year business plan and expanding our service offering, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Operations to join our senior management team. The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, and working closely with the Director of Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. As part of a small but dynamic management team, you will have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead change, and ensure operational excellence across a broad range of service models. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Managing Director to develop and implement the Business Plan, translating this into clear operational plans for service delivery.
