The Role

Originate new lending opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Build and maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, advisers, and intermediaries.

Visit development sites to assess project viability, key assumptions, risks, and pricing. Structure and present lending proposals to the credit committee with clear commercial rationale.

Manage the deal process through execution, including negotiation and liaison with third parties (valuers, QS, legal advisers, etc.) Represent the lender externally, building your personal brand in the development finance space.

About You

• Pre-existing experience in UK development finance or real estate structured lending. 
• Proven origination experience and a network of active contacts in the property development market.
• Commercial thinker with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of project financials, development appraisals, and deal structuring.
• Capable of working autonomously while collaborating closely with credit and operations teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to contribute to the continued growth of a nimble, dynamic platform.
