About Us
Solace Women’s Aid is dedicated to ending the harm caused by gender-based violence. We work with women and children, offering services tailored to the unique needs of survivors. Our approach is holistic and empowering, partnering with survivors to help them achieve independent, abuse-free lives.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, Solace is looking for an impactful ambassador, passionate about the women’s sector and opportunities across London and wider UK. The ideal candidate will be a visible and inspirational senior leader with leadership and management experience at this level, relevant professional qualifications, and the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders and deliver projects on time within a restricted budget.

You will be a strategic, people-focused leader, passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving organisational success through its people. You thrive in inclusive environments and have a proven ability to work closely with Executive teams and Boards. You will also be committed to developing talent, building strong relationships, and fostering a purpose-driven company culture at Solace.
