The role Translate Arqiva's vision & sector strategies into a product portfolio strategy to drive growth and maximize capabilities. Optimize sector portfolios to deliver revenue, experience, and cost efficiencies. Establish a portfolio development framework ensuring a whole-life focus in product development. Manage capex allocation across sector portfolios. Manage strategic relationships with product suppliers. Recommend brand positioning, values, and identity, and implement brand frameworks. Design and implement a compelling marketing strategy for global growth, exceeding customer expectations. Lead and develop the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Bringing the outside in Introduce new ideas, contacts, and approaches to challenge existing ways of working and thinking. Technical credibility & expertise Leverage your technical expertise and experience to generate value for Arqiva. Product management expertise in Media & Broadcast and/or Utilities industries. Stakeholder relationship management and trust-building skills. Ensure transparency around product progress, goals, and missions. Experience in developing future product leaders. Experience managing products involving multiple technologies and disciplines. Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices. Experience with visualization and collaboration tools.
