As a Product Director you will lead initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with Banks, FinTech’s, and Digital Wallets to deliver a world-class platform. With a focus on US partners, your expertise in US banking regulations will be a key asset in redefining how users manage their finances.

What You Will Do: Develop, maintain, and communicate the team’s roadmap, aligning milestones and dependencies with strategic priorities. Drive complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, iterating on user feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing backlogs, and shipping products/features on time. Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met. Prioritize initiatives, weighing trade-offs to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver first-in-class features. Monitor market trends and dynamics to ensure the products remain best-in-class. Represent the team in cross-functional communications with internal stakeholders. Who You Are: 10+ years of product management experience in fintech; deep knowledge of US payment systems and cash clearing networks is highly preferred. Strong ability to translate technical APIs into impactful user stories. Hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in settlement flow design. Data-informed decision-making combined with a user-centric perspective. Passion for crafting exceptional customer-facing products and experiences. Strong work ethic and adaptability to meet tight deadlines when needed. Proven ability to manage C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate prioritization decisions. Demonstrated leadership, taking ownership and delivering measurable results. Excellent collaboration skills, working seamlessly with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
