Director of Product

New Yesterday

About The Role

Blink is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Director of Product to lead our product organization into its next phase of growth. As a core member of our leadership team, you’ll drive product strategy, scale team operations, and build experiences that create measurable client impact.

You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap development to launch and iteration—while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, cares deeply about the user experience, and knows how to balance vision with velocity.

Blink is not just competing — we are creating the blueprint for a new category: the Experience OS. This is not event tech as it exists today; it is a reimagining of how experiences are designed, personalized, and delivered at scale. Directors at Blink are not just building a product — they are helping define what this industry will become. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time as we scale our customer base, product portfolio, and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve Blink’s product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company goals and user outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with executive leadership to set priorities based on business strategy, market signals, and customer feedback; stay ahead of trends and technologies that shape platform engagement.
  • Team Building & Leadership
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team including PMs, UX designers, and product operations; establish rituals and tools that drive clarity, prioritization, and high output.
  • Product Execution & Measurement
Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration; prioritize work based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility; define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, engagement).
  • Client & User Advocacy
Turn user feedback and usage data into actionable insights; partner with Client Success to improve onboarding, training, and support content; ensure help docs reflect latest product capabilities.
  • Platform & Scale
Lead product infrastructure initiatives including APIs, integrations (HRIS, CRM, analytics), and platform extensibility; collaborate with Engineering on architecture to support scale, security, and performance; champion internal tooling and operational efficiency.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, agile development, and product analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exec-level reporting
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Productboard, Intercom, and HubSpot
