Responsibilities
MARK/BTO is one of the pillars of MARK, combining transversal and business line functions.
Its main responsibilities include steering the business development of MARK activities, driving transformation, and overseeing operational chains, financials, and risks.
The role involves leading and supporting transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects for the Global Markets Division, with impacts on Trading, Sales, or Engineering teams.
The position requires collaboration with Front Office and support/control functions such as GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, DGLE.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting transformation, business development, optimization, and regulatory projects.
Coordinating these projects within the division.
Proposing solutions for these initiatives.
Monitoring budgets and timelines.
Identifying and raising alerts on risks or dependencies.
Profile required
Strong project management and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs, scope missions, organize actions, and meet deadlines within budgets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of financial products and the Sales & Trading environment.
Autonomy in managing missions, knowing when to seek approval or arbitration.
Good organization skills to manage multiple missions, prioritize, and analyze.
Ability to deliver solutions on time and pragmatically.
Eagerness to learn new applications, tools, and processes.
Proactive, initiative-taking, and ownership-oriented attitude.
Clear and appropriate reporting skills.
Fluent in English and French.
