The Role As the Director of Recruitment, you will lead and grow a team of recruitment professionals, developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and clients across all levels of their business. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to ensure alignment between hiring initiatives and business objectives, coupled with the appetite to succeed in a thriving industry. This is a pivotal role for the company, with full support from the board and senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities Providing strategic leadership and direction, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing teams, fostering a positive and results-driven culture Drive business development, identifying and pursuing new clients and revenue opportunities across its business sectors Monitor and report on the financial performance of the Region Continue to build and protect the brand that has been established for 25 years Skills and Qualifications Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling a recruitment business, ideally within the infrastructure sector Strong leadership, recruitment and team-building skills, with a focus on transformation, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Hands-on operational expertise, with a willingness to take on tasks at all levels Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement plans to capitalise on them and work closely with Stakeholders to meet demand Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment technologies Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of relevant employment laws and industry standards Benefits Competitive salary Commission scheme To Apply If you feel you are suitable for the position and would like to work for this reputable company, please apply.
