What You’ll Do
- Lead high-value sales cycles with institutional investors, exchanges, fintechs, and corporate partners.
- Own and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise adoption of crypto and digital asset solutions.
- Develop C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader.
- Identify new opportunities across capital markets, custody, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Partner with product, strategy, and leadership teams to refine offerings and influence roadmap.
- Represent the brand at top-tier conferences, industry panels, and client events.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of B2B sales experience in crypto, digital assets, or institutional fintech.
- Strong network across institutional investors, asset managers, or crypto-native players.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial drive.
- A genuine passion for blockchain, DeFi, and the future of digital finance.
