OX Security is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our EMEA sales efforts. You\'ll manage a team of AEs while driving your own deals and helping shape our go-to-market motion in the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the cyber landscape, and leads by example.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 Account Executives
  • Own and close strategic enterprise deals across EMEA
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Forecast performance and report on pipeline health
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B SaaS Cyber
  • Proven success as an individual contributor with strong closing skills
  • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity space (AppSec/DevSecOps a plus)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
  • Based in Israel or the UK (preferred), with experience in the EMEA market
