Responsibilities

• Direct and lead multi-disciplined software engineering teams, both in-house and outsourced, to deliver and continuously improve MHR’s SaaS products.
• Play a pivotal role in the design, build, and launch of the Finance platform, ensuring market-readiness with high standards of security, performance, and reliability.
• Set the strategic direction for software engineering in collaboration with the CTO and senior leadership, with deep expertise across cloud platforms, agile development, DevOps practices, and modern architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Security, and Compliance, and wider business stakeholders to ensure clear priorities, efficient delivery, and high-quality outcomes, especially as the Finance platform approaches launch.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration; manage alignment with outsourced partners.
• Implement robust engineering strategies, improve processes, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks to protect and enhance MHR’s reputation as a trusted SaaS provider.

Impact

• Deliver a scalable, secure, and innovative new Finance product, support business growth, drive market entry, and establish Finance as a cornerstone of MHR’s expanding portfolio.
• Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and long-term success through effective leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across cloud platforms, agile development, DevOps practices, and modern software architectures.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering SaaS products.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills with Product Design, Security, Compliance, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of security and regulatory compliance requirements in software delivery.
