Pembridge Hall girls are nurtured, challenged and empowered to succeed.Role SummaryThe Director of Sport is a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and is responsible for ensuring that a high challenge, and well‑balanced, Physical Education curriculum is taught effectively and consistently throughout the school (including Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2), leading to the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. They will provide leadership in the organisation and management of the Sports Department, including pupils, staff, premises, clubs and sporting fixtures (both internally and with other schools). Additionally, they are expected to promote and support the ethos, aims and vision of the school and maintain its philosophy of education. The Director of Sport is responsible for maintaining and developing a strategic vision for the Sports Department at Pembridge Hall.
