Equans is looking for a Director of Talent and Development, responsible for delivery of the UK Talent and Development strategy for the UKBU.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK and aligned to a local office, with travel to other offices and sites required.

This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, bonus and benefits package.

As Director of Talent and Development, you will report to the UK Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead all aspects of the Talent & Development strategy whilst aligning with the UK HR strategy, HR compliance and governance and ensuring Operational Excellence underpins all delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your team works effectively together with the Equans group, UK business, wider HR support, Bouygues group and provides key stakeholder management.
