A well-known Holding company in Dubai is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Training Center to lead and grow our professional training business. This role combines business development, client relationship management , and program oversight to ensure the delivery of impactful and customized learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate training, consulting, or L&D, with a commercial mindset and a passion for helping organizations build capabilities through learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client accounts, and positioning the center as a trusted training partner.
Meet with clients and decision-makers to assess their training and development needs, understand organizational challenges, and propose tailored learning solutions.
Oversee the preparation of commercial proposals , including pricing, scoping, and solution design in collaboration with subject matter experts and internal teams.
Lead the design and development of training programs , ensuring alignment with client goals, adult learning principles, and industry best practices.
Manage the full training lifecycle , from client consultation through to post-program evaluation and feedback collection.
Coordinate with trainers, instructional designers, and facilitators to ensure the quality and consistency of all delivered programs.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to continuously enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the organization at client meetings, events, and industry forums , building strong professional networks and partnerships.
Manage budgets and resources related to training delivery, ensuring cost-effective and timely execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in professional training, L&D, consulting, or a related field, including client-facing and business development roles.
Proven track record in designing and selling training or development programs to corporate clients.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
Remuneration Package and Benefits
Monthly Salary: USD13.000.00-15.000.00 ( Tax Free)
annual performance-based bonus that could go up to 4 months' salary
