I'm working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that's looking to appoint a Director of Transport Planning into their Birmingham office. This is a key leadership hire due to strong growth in their Development Planning division.

You'll be reporting directly to the Birmingham-based Discipline Lead, taking on a strategic role that blends technical oversight, project direction, and team leadership-while also helping drive further business growth.

The Role

This position will see you lead and support a wide range of development-focused projects across residential, commercial, education, retail, leisure, and renewables. You'll play a hands-on role in delivering Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Statements, while mentoring the team and helping shape the local strategy.

What They're Looking For

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected consultancy with ambitious growth plans-and a great reputation in the market. You'll have real autonomy and the support to take your career to the next level.
