About the Role

The role sits within the WEM Philips Performance Media team and involves working closely with our 17 markets across the region to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with the wider performance team to ensure client business objectives are met.

Your primary responsibility is to lead digital advertising strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates for Philips’s Personal Health portfolio. You will also line‑manage senior channel managers, develop performance media strategy and execution, and instill best practices across the EMEA hub.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

  • Senior & high‑level stakeholder management across regional Philips team
  • Collaboration with local market teams
  • Define and deliver key priorities and workstreams for performance media
  • Define and deliver the test & learn plan
  • Identify and deliver growth opportunities
  • Translate high‑level planning into deliverable channel briefs and strategies
  • Ensure high quality & excellent day‑to‑day delivery
  • Perform data‑driven analysis & reporting
  • Contribute to the OMD EMEA Performance Community

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience managing performance media
  • Hands‑on activation background in at least one channel, with strategic understanding of others
  • Independent management of multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of media agency ecosystem
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, DV360, CM360, TTD, TAM, Amazon DSP, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Reddit, Twitter, or Partnerize
  • Experience with SA360, Sprinklr, or Smartly is highly beneficial
  • Experience with brand safety solutions (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
