Overview Director level opportunity with Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory. This newly created role leads the research work carried out by central teams for major quantitative brand tracking programs across multiple waves of research, with an approximate annual value of $5m. About the team Our Major Tracking Programs team partners with global pharmaceutical clients to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems using a mix of quantitative brand equity tracking market research techniques. The team is part of Europe Custom Research and collaborates with Operations, Analytics and Data divisions. The global program supports innovative methods (including AI tools) and delivers outputs that inform strategic decisions. Programs run monthly, quarterly or bi-annually across multiple markets and therapy areas, with each therapy area having its own project team. The central team coordinates resources, questionnaires and deliverables and provides expertise in analytics, dashboard development and automation. This Director role reports to the Program Director and focuses on leading the research work of central teams for major tracking programs across waves of research. Your primary role
Oversee major brand tracking programs in collaboration with the Program Director, coordinate questionnaire and deliverable production, and ensure quality assurance at each stage Liaise directly with central client teams, keep programs in-scope, and advise internal RP project teams and business unit leads of client-side changes Partner with project teams to ensure delivery against program objectives and reporting timelines Coordinate with Resourcing, Analytics and Operations to bring in the relevant expertise as required Run training sessions for senior and mid-level staff associated with the major tracking program
Your skills and experience
Significant experience in primary quantitative market research, specialized within the healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to lead major quantitative research programs (brand tracking or syndicated projects) with exposure to dashboard deliverables Experience in leading projects autonomously and managing client relationships throughout a research program Expertise in long-term planning across multiple waves of research Experience collaborating with teams across geographies, including offshore Exposure to innovative methods, including incorporating AI into market research, preferred
