Lead and manage complex regulatory and risk programmes within Corporate & Investment Banking, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Translate regulatory policy changes into actionable project plans, schedules, and governance artefacts. Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable regulations and risk controls. Collaborate with business units to balance strategic objectives with operational rigour and ethical standards. Monitor programme performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations to protect the organisation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience managing complex projects or programmes within financial services, with deep familiarity of regulatory change management. Proven track record in leading large-scale regulatory or risk initiatives from inception through delivery within CIB or similar sectors. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CRMP, or equivalent; Agile certification is highly desirable. Comprehensive understanding of CIB business segments, product areas, and regulatory frameworks affecting global financial institutions. Experience with Transactional Reporting, Risk Reporting, Operational Resilience, or Regulatory Remediation.
