Director, Real World Evidence (RWE)

At SRG we are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are searching for a contractor with expertise within Real World Evidence (RWE) to join their experienced team. The role, Director - RWE & innovative Medicine will require the successful candidate to be responsible for developing and implementing evidence strategies that deliver innovative and scientifically robust evidence to the Global organization and key countries. They will also incumbent will serve as an expert for real world evidence (RWE) and integrated evidence, enabling cross-functional teams in becoming leaders in developing and executing integrated evidence strategies that include RWE.

The Role includes the following responsibilities:

Develop and drive innovative integrated evidence strategies, in collaboration with internal partners, ensuring the value of our medicines is fully supported by evidence. Act as a thought-leader on matters pertaining to the creation and implementation of Global RWE / Integrated Evidence strategies and tactics. Ask the right scientific questions, understand the evidence needs to optimize approval, access and clinical adoption of our medicines, and make recommendations on fit-for-purpose data and integrated evidence solutions.
