Director - Sales Development (SDR) – Europe, UK based
An exciting opportunity exists in our Sales Development organization for a 2nd-line Manager looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
You will be a critical contributor to the corporate sales strategy, providing a healthy and reliable inbound and outbound pipeline to support the overall sales organization and achieve the region’s objectives.
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid with minimum 2 days in the office)
Travel: Occasionally

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a rapidly growing group of SDR Managers and SDRs in Europe, focusing on scaling and evolving the organization.
- Coach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate on demand generation, partner with regional Sales Management to meet targets, and participate in recruitment efforts.
- Drive sales development execution, ensure target attainment, accurate forecasting, and transparency.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, fostering a high-performance team through coaching and growth opportunities.
- Motivate individuals through management, coaching, incentives, and results communication.
- Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks to enable the team to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Participate in European-wide projects to foster innovation and keep organizational processes agile.
- Promote the organization and champion LHH’s values of trust, growth, diversity, giving back, and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience leading SDR teams of 30+ members, including managers.
- Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience defining processes and building playbooks in a fast-growing environment.
- Experience scaling teams with inbound and outbound responsibilities, focusing on people, culture, and results.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborative approach and ability to navigate change and align teams.

Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
