Director / Senior Director – Global Safety Physician

South East, UK | Global remit

A leading pharma/biotech sponsor is expanding its Global Safety & Pharmacovigilance leadership team and seeking experienced physicians to provide medical oversight across both clinical development and marketed products.

The Role

• Lead medical review of safety data, signal detection & benefit-risk assessments
• Provide strategic input into regulatory submissions & safety governance boards
• Represent safety medicine in cross-functional global teams and with regulators
• Mentor and guide other safety physicians & scientists

What You’ll Bring

• Medical qualification (MD/MBBS or equivalent)
• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance / drug safety
• Expertise in medical review, benefit-risk, and regulatory engagement
• Strong leadership in global matrix environments
