About the job
Reporting to the VP of Transformation, the Director of Transformation Management Office is a pivotal role within Foundever, responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This individual will lead a team of experts to coordinate and integrate various transformation projects, ensuring they align with the broader organizational goals and financial targets. The role requires a deep understanding of strategic planning, project management, and enterprise orchestration, along with strong leadership and change management skills
About you
As the Director of Transformation PMO, you will spearhead the creation and execution of an integrated delivery framework aimed at catalyzing substantial and beneficial transformations within our organization. Your responsibilities encompass the strategic alignment of current Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) methodologies with cutting-edge technological solutions, utilizing a continuous improvement approach. Additionally, you will guide a talented group of program and delivery leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
