Are you a seasoned Director and ready for the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their leading civil engineering organisation, in a permanent position. Within this position, candidates are expected to work on-site from one of our client's offices across the UK, however their London or Birmingham office is preferred. You will play a crucial role in the development of several Healthcare projects, guiding a team of professionals throughout the project lifecycles. Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of 100,000–150,000 (depending on experience). Company pension scheme, 6,500 travel allowance, generous annual leave, Bonus of up to 15%, and ongoing career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an array of complex Healthcare projects, ensuring that all works align with specifications, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and goals and targets. Produce and integrate strategic concepts and plans, promoting efficiency, growth and development, sustainability, and profitability. Guide and mentor highly skilled professional teams, nurturing ongoing improvement and development, effective collaboration, and cross-functional working. Build and maintain rapport with current and future clients, stakeholders, partners, and regulators, ensuring productivity and effectiveness. Ensure every project complies with environmental, ethical, and regulatory requirements, whilst implementing sustainability throughout all practices. Keep up to date with current and upcoming market trends and patterns, innovation opportunities, and competitive landscape, boosting the organisation's success.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Director, within the Built Environment sector, with an MEP and/or structural engineering background. Impressive portfolio showcasing the delivery and production of complex projects, preferably in Healthcare. Relevant professional and/or academic qualifications, from a range of disciplines, with evidence of ongoing professional progression and development. Strong communication and collaboration skills, to engage with all professional teams and disciplines, with the ability to negotiate and influence individuals. Solid financial knowledge, with experience of overseeing finer project elements.
