WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A DIRECTOR

Atticus Partners, an award-winning agency working across international public affairs and corporate communications, is seeking a highly motivated Director with strong cross-sector experience in public affairs and media to join our team.

Salary Band: Extremely competitive

In the position of Director, you will:

  1. Provide leadership on company strategy, marketing, and new business development.
  2. Support the Founder with daily operations and strategic vision implementation.
  3. Generate business leads across sectors and oversee responses to tenders.
  4. Offer strategic counsel on public policy, corporate communications, campaign strategies, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Build relationships with high-level external audiences.
  6. Manage and mentor colleagues.
  7. Lead and coach junior team members for professional development and work quality.

The successful candidate must have:

  1. At least 12 years of experience in public affairs, policy, and corporate communications campaigns.
  2. Experience working with diverse companies on various policy issues.
  3. Experience collaborating with political groups and stakeholders.
  4. A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, managing demands while providing strong leadership.
