The Opportunity This is a strategically important and highly visible leadership role, centred on the agency’s largest and most influential account. You will steer the creative and consumer direction of the partnership, ensuring the work remains bold, relevant, and influential. Alongside creative excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving organic growth, shaping forward‑looking plans that expand and deepen the client relationship. Sitting on the agency’s leadership team, you’ll collaborate with some of the most respected operators in the industry to help define the agency’s next chapter. Main Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and creative direction of consumer communications for the agency’s flagship account Drive organic growth through proactive, insight‑led client development and long‑term partnership building Shape culturally relevant, earned‑first campaigns that spark conversation and drive brand love Champion creative storytelling that connects brands with audiences across media and social channels Maintain a hands‑on approach to media engagement, ensuring visibility and influence in key outlets Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team to deliver exceptional, creative work Play an active role in agency leadership, contributing to strategic planning, innovation, and commercial growth
Skills & Experience
Senior agency experience leading integrated consumer or brand communications accounts Proven record of growing major clients and delivering impactful, award‑winning creative work Deep understanding of media, influencer, and cultural landscapes Strong creative instincts with the ability to shape and sell brave, earned‑led ideas Strategic and commercially minded, able to identify and realise growth opportunities Collaborative leader who inspires confidence and creativity across teams Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills at a senior level
