Director Project Management / Project Manager Director - Real Estate Consultancy

Salary to £115,000 DOE

With a bold, fresh approach, they provide end-to-end solutions across office strategies, project management, fit-outs, and residential property. They are now seeking two senior leaders to help drive their next phase of growth:

Director Project Management: A high-impact role overseeing complex projects from concept through to completion. You’ll guide business development and client strategy, foster collaboration across the Technical team and take responsibility for overseeing and executing the strategic vision, and represent the consultancy as a thought leader in the market.

Your experience As Project Management Director includes:

• Running large project management contracts on traditional and design and build basis.
• Deep understanding of client needs within commercial real estate and workplace strategy.
• Ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Experience mentoring and you have managed teams in collaborative cultures.
• Strategic mindset with ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot) and workflow optimisation.
• Commitment to DE&I and sustainability.
