Responsibilities
- Create and develop an effective sales strategy / sales penetration and acquire new customers for IGT
- Extend and develop a portfolio of IGT IT services business
- Assess client IT needs and make recommendations including IT Services and Solutions
- Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT service, solutions and combination service package to customers
- Demonstrate IT Services / solution to highlight benefits
- Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with customers
- Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
- Track progress toward goals and document sales performance
- Become fluent in IGT services and solutions
- Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various services/solutions
- Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products
- Assist in creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote services, products and solutions
- Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Conduct in-depth research to identify market opportunities
- Examine the IT requirements of customers/market and help teams in making the pitch
- Has experience selling IT solutions / products mapped to customer needs and driving customer sales
- Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
- Ability to present at senior and executive levels
- Ability to work with diverse client & IGT teams across multiple time zones
- Working knowledge of modern software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering/Testing, Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS), Data Science & Analytics
- Strong preference for a consulting experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize
Qualifications
- Overall 18+ years of experience with strong experience in Travel, Airline domain
- Experience selling IT solutions / Products – mapping to customer needs and driving sales
- Experience with Global Delivery Model and a demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
- Ability to present at senior and executive levels
- Working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering/Testing, Cloud, Data Science & Analytics
