Divisional Finance Director - Derbyshire / Hybrid - £95,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity with a highly commercial and growing business for a Divisional Finance Director to join the team taking finance responsibility for this £100m t/o division. You will be a Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant, ideally with experience around large contract P&L's, someone who is good at building stakeholder relationships at all levels, and someone accurate and 'in the detail'. The organisation offers excellent progression opportunities.

Key Areas of the Role

• Managing a team of 15 across 3 direct reports
• Key part of the senior leadership team supporting strategic planning
• Responsible for the monthly board packs
• Full responsibility for KPI analysis and performance review
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
• Coordinating the monthly management accounts and board pack
• Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels
• Driving Change and Process Improvement
• Good with systems and Excel

As mentioned, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who is technically proficient and has a commercial mindset with strong finance experience across a complex business.
