Central to this is the continued expansion of the Digital Operations division, which now represents c50% of Group revenue.The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-calibre Divisional Managing Director to lead Digital Operations, taking full ownership of strategy, performance and growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the division, driving commercial performance and enhancing ITI's position as a leader in industrial digitalisation.Key Responsibilities• Full P&L ownership of the Digital Operations division• Define and execute growth strategy aligned to Group objectives• Partner closely with Sales to secure key “must-win” opportunities• Drive innovation, productisation and differentiated market offerings• Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams• Strengthen client relationships and increase share of wallet• Act as a senior ambassador for ITI in the marketAbout You• Proven senior leadership experience within systems integration, software or industrial technology environments• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L performance• Track record of scaling teams and delivering growth in complex, multi-site businesses• Ability to lead through change, inspire teams and drive a high-performance culture• Well-connected, with the credibility to operate at Board and client executive levelThis is a hybrid role with offices in the UK (Sheffield, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Alcester, Saltaire) as well as global (Toronto and Serbia). The role will require both UK and International travel.
