We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to join RSM UK. Our Consulting team provides client-centric solutions across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, contributing significantly to the firm's growth.

The role involves leading financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting business development, and leading engagement processes, including fieldwork and client liaison.

Ideal candidates are qualified Chartered Accountants with experience in Transaction services, particularly in the TMT sector, and have a strong track record in producing high-quality due diligence reports. They should possess a keen interest in business operations, deal mechanics, and exhibit high accuracy, integrity, and team collaboration skills.
