We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s middle market clients. Our team plays a major role in driving the firm's growth, with over 1,700 people and nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These solutions support our clients' strategic goals and empower our team members to develop their careers.

The role involves assisting in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

Our Transaction Services team is highly regarded and specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This position offers the chance to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

• Lead engagement processes, reporting to the partner.
• Manage fieldwork teams.
• Conduct financial analysis of target businesses.
• Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors.
• Develop sector and economic expertise.
