We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in financial due diligence for acquisitions and investments typically valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers the chance to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

  1. Lead engagement processes reporting to the partner.
  2. Manage fieldwork teams.
  3. Conduct financial analysis of target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
  5. Develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.
