Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Our consulting team, which integrates multiple disciplines such as Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, provides client-centric solutions within the middle market.

The Associate Director will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, support business development, and lead project teams. The role involves leading engagement processes, managing fieldwork teams, analyzing target businesses, liaising with clients and advisors, and developing industry expertise.

Ideal candidates are qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent) with experience in transaction services, particularly in the TMT sector, and a track record in producing high-quality due diligence reports. They should have a strong understanding of deal mechanics, be commercially minded, diligent, and able to build relationships internally and externally.
