We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

About RSM UK Consulting

Our Consulting team brings together multiple units to provide client-centric solutions within the middle market, including transactions, risk & consulting, ABA, and outsourcing. We aim to drive growth and offer tailored services to help clients achieve strategic goals.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting business development, and leading project execution.

The Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically advising on deals valued between £20m and £500m.

This position offers an opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting to partners.
  2. Managing fieldwork teams.
  3. Performing financial analysis of target businesses.
  4. Communicating with clients and advisors during transactions.
  5. Developing sector and economic expertise.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Are qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent).
  2. Have experience in Transaction services, especially TMT sector deals.
  3. Have written high-quality due diligence reports.
  4. Are interested in business mechanics and deal processes.
  5. Are accurate, diligent, and ethical.
  6. Are commercially minded and critical thinkers.
  7. Can build relationships internally and externally, and work well in teams.
