We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team, assisting in financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting business growth.

The Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This role offers the chance to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

1. Lead engagement processes and report directly to the partner.
2. Manage fieldwork teams.
3. Conduct financial analysis on target companies for due diligence reports.
4. Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
5. Develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Experience in Transaction services, especially TMT sector deals.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality due diligence reports.
• Interest in understanding business operations.
• Knowledge of deal mechanics.
• High accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
• Commercial mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork abilities.
