We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Our consulting team combines various expertise to provide client-centric solutions within the middle market, generating nearly £200m revenue with over 1,700 staff.

The role involves leading financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting business growth, and liaising with clients and advisors.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to partners.
2. Managing fieldwork teams.
3. Conducting financial analysis for due diligence reports.
4. Interacting with clients and stakeholders during transactions.
5. Developing industry and economic expertise.

Ideal candidates should be Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent), with experience in transaction services, particularly in the TMT sector, and a proven track record in high-quality due diligence reporting. They should be analytical, accurate, commercially minded, and able to build relationships.
