We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Our consulting team, which brings together multiple disciplines, is seeking a new colleague to assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support business development.

About RSM UK

Our Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence, advising on business acquisitions and investments, typically with deal values between £20m and £500m. This role offers an opportunity to lead financial due diligence projects and contribute to the growth of our business in the corporate finance sector.

You will:

• Lead engagement processes and report directly to the partner.
• Manage fieldwork teams.
• Conduct financial analysis on target businesses for due diligence reports.
• Coordinate with clients, target businesses, and advisors during transactions.
• Develop sector and economic expertise.

Candidate Profile:

We seek someone who thrives on variety, enjoys learning, and is passionate about business operations. Our ideal candidate:

• Is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Has experience in transaction services, especially TMT sector deals.
• Has a track record of writing high-quality due diligence reports.
• Is interested in understanding business mechanics.
• Possesses a high level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
• Is commercially minded, a critical thinker, and a strong team player.
