    Job Description

    As EA to Managing Director, you will;

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense management.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Support project management tasks by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Managing Director.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful EA to Managing Director should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar executive support role, preferably within the property or real estate investment industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act on them efficiently.
