Overview

Energy Projects Senior Associate/ Legal Director. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading global law firm to bolster their Energy team. The roles can be based in Leeds or Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Handle both basic and complex legal matters for a major international energy company and public utility, where the firm serves as the primary legal provider.
• Service other high-profile clients across the energy sector.
• Advise on energy law and regulation; project finance; and power purchase agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project finance and regulatory frameworks in energy/utilities; energy-related projects.
• Background can be in-house or private practice, provided there is sufficient experience in the above areas.
• Associate position (roughly 2-4 PQE) or Legal Director (PQE negotiable, dependent on experience).

Details

• Salary starts at £85,000 and progresses into six figures depending on DOE.
• Hybrid work model: 50% office / 50% home.
• Location: Leeds or Manchester.
