You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank's in-house management consulting global function across 3 locations (London, Frankfurt, Mumbai) that partners with senior executives across the bank to deliver impact. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of strategic and transformation topics, which can range from supporting the Bank's transformation agenda, to driving innovation and growth, to other pressing issues across all areas of the Bank.
In addition to leading high-impact strategic projects for our clients, you will also be responsible for initiatives internal to DBMC to help continually improve and evolve the team. You will be part of the global management team of DBMC and help shape the future of DBMC as it evolves.

Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for shaping, leading and delivering strategic and transformational client engagements, often multiple projects at a time
- Responsible for bringing structure to ambiguous problems through appropriate frameworks and methodologies and solve them pragmatically to deliver sustainable outcomes
- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that often include cross-regional DBMC teams, and in some cases, external vendors/third parties
- Responsible for leading, partnering with, advising and influencing multiple senior clients across the Bank
- You will, in addition to leading project teams, be responsible for line managing, coaching and developing DBMC staff
- Acting as an unbiased advisor for clients, listen, bring challenge when necessary, bring transparency, ensure accountability, drive collaboration
Your skills and experience
- Previous work experience in Management Consulting, ideally in Financial Services, with a proven track record of leading and delivering client engagements
- Strong conceptual structuring and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down and understand ambiguous problems, develop creative and pragmatic solutions
- Excellent client and service focus, able to work collaboratively with decision-makers from all levels; Manage conflicts effectively and influence positive outcomes; Able to communicate effectively including Board-level senior executive presentations
- Solid analytical skills and critical reasoning skills; ability to analyse data, and translate into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Able to motivate, develop and support high performing teams, while delivering under pressure
