Following our continued expansion, we are looking for an ESD Director to join our team in London. This is a unique opportunity directly enabling clients to achieve ambitious sustainability goals, whilst helping steer the growth of our global brand within the UK market.

Your Role

As ESD Director, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership in sustainable building design and performance engineering driving the integration of low-carbon, resilient solutions across a diverse range of projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a small and growing ESD team whilst working closely with other disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Shape our sustainability strategy and strengthen our market presence in the UK and beyond

About You

We are seeking a sustainability leader who brings:

• 10+ years’ engineering experience in environmentally sustainable engineering design
• Expertise in framework consulting and key account management
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and client-facing experience, with the ability to influence and inspire
• Experience in and appetite for work-winning; this should come naturally and be something you love doing with success
• A passion for mentoring teams and driving transformational change in the built environment
• Familiarity with net zero carbon, BREEAM, WELL, or LEED certified projects.
