Role overview

You will take responsibility for transaction, asset management and (outsourced) compliance matters across multiple funds and European jurisdictions. Reporting to senior global tax leadership you will have considerable scope to lead on business critical projects as part of a well strucutured and integrated tax function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax structuring support for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, refinancing, and syndications.
• Review and interpret acquisition underwriting models in Excel, advising on tax impacts at both fund and asset level.
• Oversee pan-European tax compliance processes, ensuring timely filings and accurate reporting under IFRS/local GAAP.
• Coordinate and critique advice from external advisors, ensuring practical and commercial outcomes.
• Manage responses to tax authority queries and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
