• Lead, mentor and support a small, collaborative planning team
• Manage and oversee a variety of residential and rural projects
• Provide clear, expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Drive business development and contribute to growth opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high professional standard
• Stay ahead of planning policy changes and industry trends
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the consultancy
