We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Directors of Cultural Engagement (50%) and Arts (50%). The role involves working closely with the Directors and their global management teams to ensure the delivery of high-standard work within Cultural Engagement.
This position is a key part of Cultural Engagement, serving as a primary contact for both directors, managing relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues worldwide. Cultural Engagement operates in over 200 countries and territories, with a presence in 100 countries, fostering connections through arts, culture, education, and English.
Accountabilities:
- Manage Directors’ participation in meetings and events, including agenda setting and stakeholder liaison.
- Prepare briefing materials and coordinate responses, ensuring confidentiality.
- Manage complex diaries and prioritize meetings.
- Arrange travel, including multi-stop itineraries with strategic planning.
- Prioritize and make decisions on behalf of the Directors, ensuring follow-up and sign-offs.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating assertiveness, confidence, and approachability.
- Experience in detailed diary management and executive support.
- Proficiency in meeting preparation, virtual conferencing, and minute-taking.
- Experience with complex travel arrangements and financial claim reconciliation.
- Knowledge of email management best practices.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems.
- Experience organizing conferences and events.

Salary: £30,839 plus £3,300 London Market Allowance (London-based only)
